The first purpose-built hotel in Bridlington for over eighty years was constructed in just 42 weeks. We had a 22-week duration to supply, install and commission the mechanical and electrical services package. With its prime seafront location overlooking the North beach, the hotel provides the perfect place for visitors to explore the Yorkshire coastline or enjoy a traditional seaside holiday.

Built on a former local authority car-park, the hotel has 5 floors and 82 bedrooms. At ground floor level the innovative new pub-restaurant concept ‘Cookhouse & Pub’ provides guests with breakfast and an all-day casual dining experience. The 260-cover venue is a great addition to the area for the hotel customers and day trippers to enjoy.

We provided the full MEP services package on a design and build basis working direct for the owner/ developer Whitbread PLC. The project handed over on time and within budget.
