Incorporated in 2002, Elm Building Service Engineers Ltd was established to unite design and contracting expertise within the building services industry.
Our dedicated team of mechanical and electrical contracting engineers is committed to delivering high-quality solutions for many of the UK’s leading names in the sports and leisure, hospitality, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, we operate nationwide and have successfully delivered projects across the UK and Europe. Elm Building Service Engineers Ltd is proud to be affiliated with leading industry bodies.

At Elm Engineers, our philosophy is shared by every member of the team: to ensure that every contract we undertake, regardless of size, is delivered in line with each client’s specific requirements and with design excellence at the forefront. We believe a project is only complete once the systems and operations are fully functional and performing to the client’s satisfaction.
To achieve this, we place great importance on involving our engineers as early as possible in the design and planning stages of every project. This approach allows us to anticipate challenges, provide innovative solutions, and ensure seamless delivery from concept to completion.

Elm Engineers have the philosophy shared by all the company team members which is to ensure the contracts we undertake, no matter what size, are carried out in line with all our individual client’s requirements at the forefront of design. We believe that projects are not complete until the operations of each build we undertake is up and running to the client’s satisfaction and requirements.
To do this we feel our engineers need to be involved as early as possible in the design and planning of the projects we are requested to undertake.

Incorporated in 2002 to bring together design & contracting to the building services industry. Elm Building Service Engineers Ltd are a dedicated team of mechanical & electrical contracting engineers, who are focused on delivering quality services for some of the UK’s biggest and best names in sports & leisure, hospitality, commercial & industrial sectors.
We are based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, but work throughout the UK and Europe. We have undertaken contracts in Central London, Manchester, Edinburgh, Barcelona & Brussels. Elm Building Services Engineers Ltd are affiliated to the Construction Line and are an NICEIC approved contractor.

In-House Expertise
Our dedicated team includes project managers, M&E designers, estimators, site supervisors, and qualified electricians, plumbers, and gas engineers ensuring complete control over quality, safety and delivery.
End-to-End Services
We offer a fully integrated service covering design and build, project management, contracting, facilities maintenance, minor works, and energy and sustainability.
Capacity & Coverage
We manage individual contracts up to £5 million with a combined turnover of £14 million, delivering projects across the UK and mainland Europe.
Fully Compliant
We carry £10 million in Public, Employers and Products Liability cover, alongside £5 million Professional Indemnity giving you confidence in every project.
